Delete your Cadus account

Account deletion is permanent. It removes your Cadus account and all associated data that we do not need to retain for a disclosed legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, or shared-record purpose.

If you can sign in

  1. Open Cadus and go to Settings.
  2. Select Delete Account.
  3. Review the consequences and confirm deletion.

The app disconnects linked providers, removes associated data, clears this device's account data, reports whether final provider deletion is complete or still processing, and removes the old local session.

If Cadus no longer has a usable Apple or Google sign-in token, the final result identifies that provider so you can revoke its remaining access directly.

Deleting Cadus does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store's subscription settings to prevent future renewal.

If you cannot sign in

Email us from the address associated with the account. We will verify that you control the account before processing the request. Never send a password, bank credential, or full payment-card number.

Request account deletion

What happens to your data

We delete active account, profile, financial, file, device, and service-provider data unless a specific legal, fraud-prevention, security, payment, tax, or dispute obligation requires a limited record to remain. Retained exceptions are isolated from product and marketing use. Shared records another user must keep are detached from your account and your profile and contact details are removed or anonymized. Retained data is deleted when its required period ends.

If funds, payouts, chargebacks, or another financial settlement are still active, Cadus locks normal app access and keeps the deletion pending until those records can be reconciled safely. The same request resumes automatically after settlement; you do not need to submit a new request.

Most requests finish during processing, and ordinary provider cleanup is targeted within 30 days. An active settlement, legal hold, or provider-controlled retention period may take longer; Cadus reports the request as processing until final deletion is complete.
